Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using LiftLink, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily use LiftLink for personal or commercial device management purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
- Modify or copy the materials
- Use the materials for any commercial purpose without authorization
- Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on LiftLink
- Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
- Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server
Service Description
LiftLink provides cloud-based device management services for Starke America equipment. Our services include:
- Real-time monitoring of device performance and health metrics
- Event logging and audit trail maintenance
- Maintenance tracking and scheduling capabilities
- Remote device configuration and management
- Data analytics and reporting features
User Responsibilities
As a user of LiftLink, you are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Ensuring that your use of the service complies with all applicable laws and regulations
- The accuracy and completeness of information you provide
- Properly maintaining and operating your Starke America equipment
Disclaimer
The materials on LiftLink are provided on an 'as is' basis. LiftLink makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
Limitations of Liability
In no event shall LiftLink or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use LiftLink, even if LiftLink or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
Modifications to Service
LiftLink reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the service (or any part thereof) with or without notice at any time. You agree that LiftLink shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the service.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which LiftLink operates, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
